Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations at multiple clinical sites, ensuring protocol compliance and operational efficiency across clinical, regulatory, quality, and data functions.
Directly manage site leadership and functional teams to deliver enrollment, data integrity, and quality performance goals.
Serve as a key liaison with biotech and pharma sponsors, ensuring successful execution and delivery of Phase I-IV studies.
Partner with the COO and executive team to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, including the integration of new sites.
Drive continuous improvement in SOPs, regulatory readiness, and inspection preparedness.
Coach and mentor site leaders, fostering a high-performance culture and talent development.
Ensure adherence to all GCP, FDA, and ICH regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
Support due diligence, onboarding, and integration efforts related to M&A site expansions.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on leadership experience in clinical operations within a research site setting.
Proven experience managing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, QA, data).
Strong understanding of site-level operations for all phases (I-IV) of clinical trials.
Demonstrated success in team development, process implementation, and sponsor engagement.
Ability to travel locally as needed during the first year (primarily based at Dallas-area sites).
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
