A rapidly growing logistics provider is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead multiple distribution and warehousing sites. This is a strategic leadership role focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving performance improvements, and maintaining strong service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse, distribution, and on-site logistics operations across assigned facilities
Lead staffing, training, and performance management for operational teams
Serve as a key contact for customer coordination and service delivery
Track and improve performance metrics through structured reviews and reporting
Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation
Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Conduct regular site assessments and customer touchpoints to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and technical requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
6+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations with progressive leadership responsibility
Strong background in people management, KPI performance, and process improvement
Familiarity with lean practices or operational efficiency methods
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Valid driver’s license
