Operations Manager – Warehouse/Logistics management

We’re seeking a Warehouse Operations and Logistics Manager n Operations Manager who can manage warehouse operations and logistics. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, high-ambiguity environment and is excited to help build operational infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments across domestic and international suppliers, retail partners, and warehouse locations by liaising with our Freight Forwarding partners
• Oversee packaging compliance to meet channel-specific requirements (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, DSG)
• Collaborate with Product and Creative teams to ensure packaging timelines are met for seasonal launches
• Own the flow of goods from manufacturing to final customer delivery, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Optimize freight, warehousing, and distribution to minimize costs and improve service levels
Inventory Management & Operations Strategy
• Monitor inventory health and recommend actions to rebalance stock, reduce aging inventory, and prevent stockouts
• Support product lifecycle planning with end-of-life strategies and SKU rationalization
• Help standardize processes and SOPs to increase operational efficiency and scalability
• Evaluate and implement systems or tools (ERP, forecasting software, dashboards) to streamline operations
Ideal Candidate
• 5–8 years of experience in CPG warehouse operations, and/or supply chain roles
• Deep knowledge of retail compliance and packaging configurations (preferred: Walmart, Amazon, DTC)
• Excellent analytical skills: advanced Excel skills required, familiarity with demand planning tools a plus
• Scrappy, hands-on operator who is comfortable switching between strategy and execution
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company preferred
• Must be based in the Greater Seattle area and be able to commute to Redmond Washington
