**We're Hiring: Buyer & Inventory Planner (Multiple Openings) – Bellevue, Kirkland & Redmond, WA**

Location: Onsite in Bellevue, WA

Duration: 8–12 Months (Extendable)

Pay Rate: $26–$29/hr

Shifts:

Second Shift: 5 PM – 3:30 AM PST
Front Half (Sun–Wed), Back Half (Wed–Sat), or Doughnut Shift (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)

🔍 About the Role:

We’re looking for highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated professionals to join our team as Buyers and Inventory Planners. These roles are critical in supporting our supply chain operations, vendor management, and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.

🛒 Buyer Responsibilities:

Manage vendor relationships and product catalogs
Coordinate new product launches and pricing updates
Request and evaluate quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage supply readiness
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and GPO teams
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
Administer change management and develop alternate sourcing strategies

📦 Inventory Planner Responsibilities:

Track and manage inbound shipments and purchase orders
Analyze SKU performance and inventory needs
Ensure data accuracy across tools and systems
Communicate with vendors to resolve operational issues
Support cross-functional project development

✅ Must-Have Skills:

SAP, Excel, and Warehouse experience
Background as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer
Strong communication and organizational skills

⭐ Preferred Skills:

Experience with compressor and air piping
Sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management expertise
