Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with analysis applications (e.g., extracting insights, performing statistical analysis, or solving business problems), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities
- Lead analytics for the application (app) as part of a cross-functional team of Product Managers/Engineers/UX/Program managers.
- Identify and quantify opportunities to improve key user journeys across the app. You will perform logs based analysis identify growth opportunities, running experiments to validate hypotheses, and working with leads to define the strategy and road-map.
- Leverage a Data Scientist skill set, from statistical methodologies in experiment setups, to demonstrating product intuition, to working with engineers to design logging on user experiences.
- Provide consultation to teams. Define and implement success metrics that assess the health and impact of product launches.
- Present metrics/insights at business reviews to keep stakeholders informed.
