Position Summary:
As a Project Coordinator at Renova One, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and successful completion of projects across the organization. In this hybrid role, you will not only assist with scheduling, communication, and progress tracking, but also provide critical administrative support and serve as a backup to the Accounting Manager. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and support field execution
- Communicate project status updates and escalate issues when needed
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, budgets, and reports
- Support purchasing materials, managing work orders, and maintaining accurate records
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including filing, data entry, and coordination of internal communication
- Serve as a backup to the Accounting Manager by assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice entry, PO tracking, and vendor communications
- Help maintain accurate job costing and support the use of accounting and project management software (e.g., Sage)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address risks and improve workflows
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future performance
- Support Project Managers and field staff as needed to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or construction support roles
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred; experience with Sage is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools or CRMs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude
