Description:OverviewYou will be the Scheduler/Planner for our Production, Planning and Control organization, responsible for scheduling and expediting the movement of parts to ensure timely and efficient production. Our team is dedicated to coordinating interdepartmental activity and ensuring seamless communication between various stakeholders, including quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, and contracts administration.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Scheduler/Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and expediting the movement of parts using move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, and may be required to travel to production sites and vendor locations to facilitate communication and coordination. You may also be required to work outside of normal operating hours to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Your responsibilities will include:* Scheduling and expediting the movement of parts using move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders

- Black Belt trained / certified
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and

- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory
Management (CPIM) certification
- SAP experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
