Responsibilities

Manage studio facilities and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively.
Support the company owners, production, and IT in handling one-off facility and administrative projects as requested.
Answer the front door, receive packages, and other general office duties.
Be the main liaison between all building vendors, property management, rental equipment, and office equipment.
Maintain company calendar and PTO sheet for accuracy.
Book travel and hotel accommodations for interview candidates.
Assist with new hire onboarding.
Schedule meetings as needed.
Collaborate as part of the Studio Culture Team in planning/executing events and activities.
Run company errands.
Keep the office clean ie: (loading/unloading dishwasher, picking up around the office).
Order, receive, and restock snacks, drinks, and office supplies.
Occasionally work outside core hours - with notification.
Manage the off-site storage unit.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in administration and facilities management in a similar role or capacity.
Attention to detail and keen problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Required to work on-site.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Able to maintain confidentiality in regards to company projects.

Preferred

Experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, office manager, or facilities manager.
Experience in customer service or another service related industry.
