Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong proficiency in data management, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and maintain accurate data records for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into databases and systems.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into databases.
- Maintain and organize digital and paper records for easy retrieval and referencing.
- Conduct routine audits on data entry processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to uphold data accuracy.
- Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
