Growing company looking for a Head of Logistics to manage the logistics and warehouse for their 4 facilities. This individual will provide leadership and oversight, manage shipments, imports, 3rd party warehouse management as well as develop logistic strategies for the future.
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of related supply chain/operations experience in leadership roles of increasing responsibility
- Highly skilled in building relationships, influencing others, leading change and developing talent.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology; experience identifying improvement opportunities and leading teams to complete projects.
- Proven record of delivering results.
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Able to travel between locations in NJ and Long Island routinely
- Experience utilizing ERP systems
