The Office Manager will play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly while also serving as an executive-level administrative partner. This position requires a proactive, resourceful professional who can manage office logistics, support company events, and deliver high-quality executive assistance including scheduling, travel coordination, and communication management.
This is a 100% onsite role with a primary location in our 271 17th Street NW location.
Responsibilities
Office Management (60–70%)
- Serve as the go-to person for all general office operations and administrative needs.
- Maintain accurate records, office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
- Oversee scheduling and logistics for internal events, client visits, and team meetings.
- Support onboarding logistics for new employees and coordinate equipment/IT needs with internal stakeholders.
- Serve as point-of-contact for facilities and building management.
- Assist with light HR coordination, internal communications, and policy compliance tasks.
- Coordinate occasional on-site events and help manage office relocation plans as needed
Administrative Support (30–40%)
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Head of Sales and Head of Consulting, including:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination (internal and external)
- Booking and managing travel arrangements and itineraries
- Preparing presentations, project plans, reports, and other documents
- Managing expenses and invoice submissions
- Drafting and distributing high-level communications
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all sensitive matters.
QualificationsQualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in office administration, executive support, or operations; consulting or professional services industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Concur, or similar platforms).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
- This will be 100% in-office and will require commuting to our Headquarters located at 271 17th Street, Atlanta GA – in Atlantic Station.
Percentage of required travel: less than 10%
Physical Requirements
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
