Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (Negotiable) plus full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager with experience in HVAC or industrial supply chains who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is an opportunity to completely revamp a high-potential HVAC parts distribution center in Orlando, FL.
Job Responsibilities: Overhaul and redesign all warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control) Implement structure, best practices, and measurable KPIs across the warehouse Lead logistics for inbound/outbound freight – both LTL and FTL Manage and optimize a mid-7-figure inventory Oversee rollout of new scanner systems and warehouse tech Collaborate with leadership on warehouse expansion strategy across multiple states Manage a team of 3–4 direct reports, including hiring, training, and coaching Create and enforce safety and compliance protocols Communicate effectively with internal departments and vendors to ensure accuracy and timelines
Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse leadership—preferably in HVAC, industrial parts, or supply chain distribution Background working for or with competitors in the Orlando or Florida market a huge plus Strong operational experience in logistics, freight, and inventory management Demonstrated success in building or reengineering warehouse systems and teams Tech-savvy with experience implementing scanners or WMS Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus Ability to work independently, make executive decisions, and hold others accountable
