Operations Analyst – Supply Chain Utilization
Location: Goodlettsville, TN (Onsite preferred; remote considered for the right candidate)
Contract Type: 6–9 months + extensions
Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour (Depending on Experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to lead a high-impact initiative focused on optimizing container utilization across warehouse and vendor origin sites. This role requires a balance of analytical expertise and hands-on operational insight to drive measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency.
Top Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
Operational experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse environments
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience with container optimization or volume flow analysis
Background in retail supply chain operations
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze container utilization, volume flows, and shipping data using Excel and Power BI
Collaborate with warehouse and vendor teams to ensure optimal container loading prior to shipment
Evaluate trade-offs between cargo holding vs. shipping underutilized containers
Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to boost operational performance
Create and maintain dashboards and metrics to monitor utilization effectiveness
Communicate findings and align with internal and external stakeholders
