As a Warehouse Associate at CBH Homes, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pulling and preparing materials for delivery
- Stocking shelves and organizing products
- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Handling deliveries, including loading and unloading trucks
- Running parts as needed to support team operations
- Controlling materials and waste to maintain an organized workspace
Your role is essential in helping us maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment while contributing to our overall success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment, specifically forklifts
- Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet when required
- Must possess two valid forms of identification
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required
