What You’ll Do:
- Drive Business Growth – Cultivate client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and oversee project execution.
- Lead from Start to Finish – Manage estimates, budgets, schedules, and contract negotiations.
- Own Project Success – Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and safety while collaborating with engineers, contractors, and field teams.
- Optimize Operations – Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials while ensuring compliance with labor agreements.
What You Bring:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage field teams and high-value projects effectively.
- A BS in engineering, construction management, or relevant industry experience preferred.
Salary: $90,000 to $120,000
