Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Customer Service Specialist role located in Irving, TX. The Customer Service Specialist will collaborate with sales and logistics teams to provide exceptional customer support, and customer satisfaction via Phone, Email, and Teams.

- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Phone Etiquette proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree required
