Qualifications and responsibilities for this Underground Utilities Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing construction projects in underground utilities, natural gas, HVAC, or related industries
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are met
- Coordinate on-site activities, budgets, scheduling, inspections, and communication with internal and external teams
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and project specifications
- Must have a clean driving record and pass background and drug tests (random drug testing enforced)
- Typical hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with half-day Fridays (subject to workload)
- Must be computer literate; familiarity with Techvera and Spectrum ERP is a plus (training provided)
- Travel is limited but may be required; company vehicle is provided
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
