We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven
Customer Support Assistant to join our Houston-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex concerns to relevant departments
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- Support the Customer Support Manager in executing daily operational tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
