The Jr. Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Management team in ensuring the agency produces outstanding creative work efficiently and on schedule. This role assists with coordination among internal teams from project initiation to delivery, tracking timelines, and managing documentation. Acting as a key support role, the Jr. Project Manager helps maintain workflow, organizes meetings, and ensures all project documentation is current and accessible. This individual will also support the execution of internal processes, help route creative work for review, and ensure the smooth progression of deliverables through the internal system.

- Project Planning & Workflow Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans to include timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with account managers, producers and the creative team.
- Facilitate the implementation of internal processes and best practices, as well as make tweaks after a period of testing and learning. Processes in place should be followed to maintain quality and consistency of the work.
- Lead weekly stand-up status meetings with applicable departments on a weekly cadence.
- Lead project execution from kickoff through delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues, manage risks, and oversee proper coverage and handovers.
- Timeline Management:
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project steps to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
- Help post actionable timelines and update project status reports.
- Ensure key stakeholders are informed about timelines and deadlines
- Team Coordination:
- Support the coordination of job movement through agency departments.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication.
- Attend meetings and document key takeaways, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Internal Routing of Creative
- Assist with the routing of creative work for internal reviews and approvals.
- Help schedule internal review meetings and document feedback.
- Ensure creative files and assets are properly cataloged and routed.
- Reporting and Documentation:.
- Catalog and store campaign assets, ensuring easy retrieval and long-term accessibility for future reference or reuse.
- Manage and execute Traffic Orders and Billing.
- Manage and execute ADID requests for broadcast.
- Archive closed jobs on MS Teams to ensure organized internal interface.
- Traffic social and broadcast assets
- Risk Management, Evaluation, & Improvement
- Alert the Project Manager to any potential project risks or delays.
- Assist with post-project reviews to capture learnings and suggest improvements.
- Creative Support
- Support in managing workflow delivery of tasks for creatives, to ensure prompt delivery and prevent burnout.
- Support in the ideation of Agency materials and culture (social, outings, pro-bono, etc) once client work duties have been met.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure projects adhere to processes, standards and best practices.
- Route work product to appropriate departments (proofing, network clearance, etc.) for quality, accuracy, and completeness.

You are / have:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years’ experience in Advertising Agency or similar field required
- Extremely detail oriented
- Manage project timelines
- Strong presentation skills
- Proactive
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Team oriented
- Strong People Skills
- Automotive experience optional
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) optional
