Beer Garden Beertender
Lone Pint Brewery is seeking a professional, friendly and high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills; bartending or service experience is preferred.
Job Summary
This position requires great people skills, some beer knowledge, and the ability to provide all of our Beer Garden guests with a great experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding, upbeat customer service
- Share accurate, relevant information about our beers
- Restock kegs and cans
- Assist with daily cleaning, prep and break-down duties
- Assist with restocking the merchandise area
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment at all times
- Handle routine sales, cash and credit card processing, and reconcile daily sales
Other Skills & Abilities
- Daily lifting of 50lbs, or up to 150lb with assistance, and repeated bending and stooping, working in wet environment
- Must be able to be on your feet for most of your shift
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to be flexible with schedule
- Report to work presentable and on time
- Proper use and handling of chemicals
- Adhere to company policies
- Must be 21+ and maintain current TABC Server Certification
- Must have current food handler’s certification
- Must have reliable transportation
