Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through calls, texts, emails, and hosting open houses to generate new business
- Follow up consistently with warm leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and your sphere
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations with a client-first approach
- Show homes, attend listing appointments, and manage the transaction process
- Write and negotiate offers, contracts, and listing agreements with guidance and support
- Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to track lead activity, manage communication, and stay organized
- Participate in daily training, coaching, and role play to build skills and confidence
- Collaborate with the team and leverage full administrative and marketing support
- Deliver an exceptional, heart-driven client experience from first contact to close
