Primary Purpose
To adhere to the Student Attendance Accounting guidelines. Maintain attendance records and keep student permanent folders up to date. Maintain campus state mandated reports.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills
Accuracy in use of computer
Proficient skills in typing, keyboarding and file maintenance
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge in PEIMS reporting
Knowledge of enrollment and withdrawal procedures
Experience
One year clerical experience in a public education environment preferred
Salary: Admin.Support PG4 / 202 days
