This role is based in the SF Bay Area.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The LinkedIn Business Platform (LBP) is the company’s core monetization and customer engagement engine, enabling all of our core product & GTM teams to create and deliver best-in-class member and customer experiences. As the Principal Product Manager focused on GTM Artificial Intelligence & Agents, you'll lead the product vision, strategy, and execution across some of the company's most innovative and impactful AI products at scale. These include numerous AI assistants, advanced automations with AI Agents, AI quality initiatives, and ultimately AI-driven savings, scaling and revenue growth at scale. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners from Product, Engineering, Data Science, Product Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Success and Marketing teams across LinkedIn’s Products & Operations to deliver impactful solutions that drive customer success, employee productivity, and top-line revenue growth. Being part of a high-performance team, you will be expected to innovate and incubate new ideas and experiments in a fast-paced environment, quickly identifying successful solutions and scaling them across our channels.
You'll become the resident expert on GTM AI, gaining a deep understanding of the industry and our competitive landscape, specifically within our core use cases: Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing. Positioned at the forefront of technological innovation, this role empowers you to advance our roadmap by leveraging existing technologies and inventing new solutions when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Refine and execute the vision and strategy for LinkedIn’s GTM Artificial Intelligence & Agents product portfolio.
- Own and drive the GTM AI product roadmap as a lever to ensure LinkedIn achieves its broader business goals and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Product Operations, Sales, Support, Customer Success and Marketing teams to launch and scale impactful AI-driven features.
- Educate and upskill cross-functional teams on emerging AI technologies, highlighting productivity enhancements and opportunities for adoption across product teams. .
- Quarterback strategic, executive-sponsored asks related to our customer outcomes and key company priorities.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
- Experience both building 0-to-1 products as well as iterating on products with proven product market fit.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS degree in a technology-related field
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B & B2C context
- Previous experiences building with LLMs and conversational interfaces
- Experience building and launching products at scale, with a demonstrated ability to develop an ambitious product strategy and successfully execute.
- Top notch communicator, who can influence others, rally cross-functional teams to align to and execute on a shared vision.
- An innate sense of curiosity, a bias for action, and a strong desire to take initiative.
- Ability to flex multiple skill sets depending on the needs of a given project or challenge (i.e. analytical thinking, sizing, data analysis, market positioning, comms authoring).

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $173,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
