We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Events Assistant to support our events team in planning, organizing, and executing both internal and client-based events. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and promotional events
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event needs are met
- Handle logistics including setup, breakdown, and inventory management
- Prepare event materials, schedules, and guest lists
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and help manage budgets
- Support the events team with administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1+ year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
