Requirements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in customer service or support (ideally in wellness, supplements, nutrition, or health tech)
A personal or professional interest in women’s health, hormone balance, or natural medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — thoughtful, calm, clear
Self-starter attitude with strong time management and comfort working remotely
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and follow protocols
