GoTab is looking for a highly-motivated, self-driven
Logistics Lead to oversee inventory management, warehousing, supplier relationships, device provisioning, and shipping for GoTab customers.
As a
Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for inventory management, forecasting, supplier relations, equipment cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of all GoTab hardware orders. You will also drive the merchandise return process, including quality checks and restocking of eligible returned merchandise. You must have a demonstrated background of success in a similar role and be able to define, measure, and continually improve on key performance metrics for the team that you will be leading.
A working understanding of technologies including networking, Android app deployments, and troubleshooting common commodity computing hardware is a plus. However this is not primarily a technical position. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time are essential to the success of this position. You will work closely with our team of Deployment Engineers to ensure they are fully equipped to provide best in class customer service. This begins with our customer onboarding process and continues with supporting existing GoTab customers.
You will lead logistics and fulfillment of GoTab hardware from our headquarters in Arlington, VA. You will manage GoTab’s online store, ensuring accuracy of products, pricing and availability. You will also communicate with our deployment and customer success teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware for new customer installations. You will also manage all vendor relationships for hardware ordering and work with our Deployment Engineers for new product sourcing. You will report to GoTab’s Chief Operating Officer to ensure proper management of inventory and purchasing.

Skills & Requirements
- In office Monday-Friday at GoTab’s Arlington, VA headquarters (located at Courthouse Metro)
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
- Familiarity with use, programming and/or administration of common point of sale systems such as Micros, POS itouch, Aloha, Simphony, Toast, Breadcrumb, or others
- Familiarity with Android hardware and OS
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- "Can do" attitude with respect to creatively sourcing, assembling and distributing hardware to customers under tight and sometimes unpredictable timelines
- Problem solver and can think quickly on your feet
- Must project a professional and presentable demeanor, as you will be a representative face of the company to customers
