Job Description
GRS Funding is seeking a
Scheduling & Intake Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. The Scheduling & Intake Coordinator is responsible for scheduling patients for all modalities while processing all new patient referrals.
Responsibilities
- Schedules personal injury patients directly with imaging centers
- Builds rapport with both law firms and physician offices
- Updates client files in the system
- Informs law firms of their client’s appointment date and time
- Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Enters requests for funding personal injury medical receivables in the system
- Achieves quarterly measurements and incentive goals
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School or GED / some College preferred
- 2 years of medical or scheduling background preferred
- Bilingual strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to sit and be on the phone for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to Type 45 wpm
- Computer literate
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines between different duties
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate interpersonal communication skills
