PAY RANGE:
$56,000 - $65,000 Annually
HOURS/AVAILABILITY:
Monday-Friday (some nights and weekends as needed)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience preferred
- 1+ years of supervisory experience required
- Demonstrated experience with inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate evaluation methods
- Strong understanding of employment law, particularly related to EEO and fair hiring
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., JazzHR, BambooHR, iCIMS, or similar)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
