Summary:
As the Executive Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the company's operational functions. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of business operations. The Executive Vice President of Operations will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Operational Strategy and Planning:
○ Develop and implement the company's operational strategy, in alignment with overall business objectives.
○ Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and assess operational performance.
○ Collaborate with the executive team to establish operational goals and initiatives. ➢ Process Optimization and Efficiency:
○ Evaluate and improve existing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
○ Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for automation or digitization. ○ Implement best practices and standards across departments to ensure consistency and quality.
➢ Supply Chain and Logistics Management:
○ Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
○ Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve overall efficiency.
○ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
➢ Quality Management and Continuous Improvement:
○ Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
○ Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. ○ Implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track quality and identify areas for improvement.
➢ Operational Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
○ Manage and allocate resources effectively to support operational needs. ○ Develop and oversee operational budgets and cost control measures.
○ Analyze financial data and key metrics to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and investment.

○ Identify and assess operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management protocols.

Education/Experience:
➢ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
➢ Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in a leadership role. ➢ Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management) are a plus. ➢ Proven track record of successful leadership in operations management, preferably as an Executive Vice President or in a similar role.
➢ In-depth knowledge and understanding of operational best practices, process optimization, and supply chain management.
➢ Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align operational initiatives with business goals.
➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
➢ Demonstrated ability to drive change, implement process improvements, and deliver operational excellence.
➢ Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
➢ Experience working in transportation and logistics is highly desirable. Language Ability:
