**Responsibilities for an HR Service Representative include but are not limited to: **
- Respond to inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and leaves of absence via phone, email, and dashboard systems
- Accurately document all interactions in the case management system (ServiceNow)
- Process and administer leave of absence cases in compliance with FMLA, state disability, ERISA, and internal policies
- Use internal policies and procedures to resolve associate questions and ensure regulatory compliance
**Candidates for HR Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered: **
- 1–2 years of customer service experience; HR experience or interest in HR preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes (20–30 calls per day) in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
