We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to join the team! The Office Coordinator at Aardvark Studios plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace environment for our team and guests. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing communal spaces, and fostering a clean and comfortable atmosphere. With a strong focus on attention to detail and office facility oversight, the Office Coordinator also provides administrative support for general business functions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys being a central part of a dynamic team.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-3 years previous experience in an administrative, facility, or operations support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with basic office technology and willingness to learn new systems (phones, TVs, Sonos, climate control, security, etc.)
- Positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership over responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily office setup & close
- Greeting guests and ensuring a positive guest experience
- Daily stocking and organization of common areas
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas to organizational schedules and standards
- Oversight of cleaning company for weekly deep cleaning service
- Coordinate facility services with external vendors
- Administrative and general business support as needed
- Office supply inventory management
- Assist in onboarding of new employees
- Assist with planning and executing employee engagement events
Requirements or What else is helpful:
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- In-office and on-time, 5 days per week
- Smartphone capable of installing and running company-provided apps to manage systems and communication during office hours
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 40 pounds
