What You’ll Do
- Full-cycle recruiting for engineering, GTM, and ops—from cold outreach to Day-1 onboarding
- Process design: data-driven pipelines, scorecards, and metrics that scale with headcount
- Candidate experience: engage with each candidate actively and with care to leave a strong impression and reflect our values
- Collaborative hiring: work with Founders, rest of team, agencies to drive hiring strategy based on growth goals
- Storytelling: pitch GigaML’s mission so convincingly that top talent can’t walk away
