Benefit Representative
As a Benefit Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our members by accurately processing membership information, validating data, and performing finance-related activities. This is a data-intensive role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This is not a call center position.

Location: 8954 Rio San Diego Drive, San Diego, CA 92108 (Onsite for Training, Hybrid/Remote Potential)
Contract Duration: Through January 2026 (Possible Extension)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
START DATE: July or August
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform membership processing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare and validate member information to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct finance-related activities related to membership administration.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Training and Remote Work Opportunity:
- This position begins onsite at our San Diego location for a 7-week training period.
- Successful completion of training, meeting required Quality Assurance (QA) scores, and supervisor sign-off will provide the opportunity to work 100% remotely.
- Important Attendance Requirement: Due to the critical nature of the training, you must maintain 100% attendance during the first 90 days of employment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 6+ months of data entry experience (REQUIRED). (OR Recent College Grad is acceptable)
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
- Must pass required company assessment. (apply and assessment directions will be sent directly to your email)
- Must be able to commute to 8954 Rio San Diego Drive, San Diego, CA 92108, and have a reasonable commute to this location.
- Ability to apply for internal Full-Time Employee (FTE) opportunities as they become available.
