Our San Diego office has its own 5,000 square foot studio for shoots, which is a key part of our client offering, developing ongoing social content, email marketing assets, social and streaming ads, photography and video for everything from evergreen messages to product launches.
Job Description Overview:
The Front Row team is looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Production Coordinator to support the execution of creative production projects. This role bridges creative teams and production workflows, ensuring that deliverables move smoothly through each stage of development, from initial concept to final delivery.
We are looking for someone innovative, efficient, responsible, and excited to be part of a fast-paced environment that creates new and engaging content every single day. This is a paid, full-time position based out of our office in Downtown San Diego.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Creative Production and will collaborate with a team of creative directors, art directors, producers, photographers, videographers and more.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Assist the Creative Producer team on set for some of the biggest beauty brand names in the industry
- Play an integral role in assisting with vendor and freelance coordination, including booking talent, sourcing locations, and handling logistics pertaining to helping a creative production run smoothly and daily studio operations
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment on deadlines and project goals
- Coordinate schedules, timelines, and meetings across multiple creative projects and teams
- Support the production process by tracking deliverables, managing assets, and updating project documentation
- Maintain production calendars, task lists, and status reports to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
- Help manage budgets and detailed expense tracking for creative projects
- Ensure file organization, asset management, and post-production processes follow internal standards

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a production, creative operations, or project coordination role (agency or in-house experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Drive, Figma) and creative workflows
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience on set and/or in studio
- You have agency experience
- You have experience working with beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands
- You have an understanding of video/photo shoot logistics and post-production processes

SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$70,000
