As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations—including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory through smart organization, regular cycle counts, and clear documentation
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring safety, speed, and accuracy
- Train new team members and promote a strong safety-first culture
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a plus—we can help if needed)
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to solve problems and exceed customer expectations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of experience supervising a warehouse team—ideally in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or building supplies
- Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re the kind of person who leads by example
- Experience using warehouse software and Microsoft Office (WMS experience a plus)
- A forklift license or willingness to get certified
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- A commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork
