We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Specialist to join our team. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the kitting, boxing, and shipping of laptops, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate and manage the kitting, boxing, and shipping processes for laptops
- Ensure that all laptops are properly kitted with the necessary accessories and documentation
- Oversee the packaging and labeling of laptops to ensure they are ready for shipment
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials are available for kitting and shipping
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory levels
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in kitting and shipping operations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to shipping and handling
- Asset and inventory management and stocktaking
- Simple system configuration and verification, such as firmware updates and device management settings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
