Title : Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager
Location : West Point, NY
Duration : Fulltime
Salary : $80,000 to $115,000 + benefits
Day-To-Day Tasks
- The project requires the client (i.e. you) to perform the basic construction management disciplines (architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical) onsite—both under direction and independently.
- Support the Prime contractor in both a supportive and technical capacity, particularly in the role of a Mechanical Engineer.

- Onsite management support
- Record keeping, budget tracking, and schedule monitoring
- Inspection, progress reporting, safety monitoring, and meeting attendance
- Testing and responding to information requests
- Commissioning in collaboration with in-house personnel
- Design phase services within the basic disciplines of mechanical engineering
- ** Design services are incidental to and in support of the Construction Management Services performed by the A/E.
What You Need to Succeed
- Mechanical engineering degree or background (must be included to be considered)
- Experience in construction/building (large-scale projects are a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
