Job Title: Regional Sales Representative
Company Overview: OnIt Athlete, a dynamic and innovative fully licensed NIL collegiate trading card company, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Regional Sales Representatives. With a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach, we are dedicated to providing top-notch trading cards and memorabilia to our clients. OnIt athlete is on track to work with over 65 Universities and 215 teams in 2024. In 2024, OnIt Athlete is on track to pay student athletes over $5 million.
Position: Regional Sales Representative
Location: New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine (Region 17)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking with enthusiasts, card shops, trade shows, and sporting events
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Present and demonstrate our [products/services] to prospective clients effectively
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Compensation: This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. We offer a competitive commission structure, bonuses, and incentives for achieving and surpassing targets.
Training and Support: We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure our sales representatives have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Our team-oriented environment encourages collaboration and personal growth. Sales associate will be equipped with demo product, sample kits, company apparel, and POS (point of sale) device.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Enthusiast of trading cards and memorabilia is a plus
