The Role
As SVP of Operations, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee all aspects of operations, including:
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management
- Logistics & Distribution
- Quality Assurance & Food Safety
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Sustainability & ESG Initiatives
You will lead a team of seasoned professionals and collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our products to customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Drive efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Lead capital investment projects and technology upgrades
- Foster strong vendor and partner relationships
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in food & beverage or CPG
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and large teams
- Deep knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
