POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Partnership Marketing Coordinator will be full time position that supports the Partnership Marketing Team. The role will provide opportunities to take ownership of short-term projects and support in daily activities including campaign development, reporting and rights delivery, event planning and execution, and more. The areas of concentration include but are not limited to: asset packaging, idea generation, inventory tracking, player appearances, match-day operations, and business development research.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Support best-in-class management of New York City FC Partners, including:
- Tracking and delivery of contractual rights and benefits
- Preparing partnership reports and tracking of key metrics
- Drafting case studies of impactful Partner activations
- Assist with departmental match-day activities, special events and hospitality programs
- Help articulate the NYCFC story through visual and data-driven presentations
- Conducting market research regarding sponsorship and industry trends
- Support of the Partnership Sales team’s prospecting efforts and platform development
- Leverage CRM and analytical tools to ensure sustained partner performance
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Additional duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Knowledge of the United States soccer landscape
- Familiarity with the elements of integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
- Self-sufficient and proactive
- Broad commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized with consistent attention to detail
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft programs, including PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work match schedules on nights and weekends
- Compliance with Club policies, including health and safeguarding procedures
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicant must be able to comply with MLS Next Safety and Well-Being policy and any other applicable child safety policies provided to applicants by NYCFC
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary
COMPENSATION:
This non-exempt position has an estimated annual base salary range of $50,000 – $ 58,000 and is overtime eligible. Final compensation offer amounts are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications and software expertise.
