Job Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Talent Management Coordinator to support our talent management team. This position is critical to managing daily operations of a talent management department, including influencer campaign management, invoicing, and communication with brand clients and creators. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow into a talent manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support up to three Talent Managers in managing and overseeing influencer campaigns from start to finish. You’ll be doing a lot of the back and forth with brands, agencies, and creators.
- Maintain professional and prompt communication between brand clients and creators.
- Handle invoicing and ensure payments are received by coordinating with our accounting team.
- Support on various daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers – must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in client calls to learn, gain insights and absorb information from experienced managers.
- You’ll be managing campaigns through our CRM, Salesforce, ensuring all contracts, payment details, and campaign details are captured. Overall, you’ll be maintaining and updating our CRMs by keeping contacts up to date as well.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time role within a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to varying demands with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.
- A passionate follower of the creator economy, with an understanding of social media trends and influencer dynamics.

Compensation: $18-25/hour, depending on location
