Job Title: Infrastructure Engineering - Supply Chain Analyst IV
Location: US – WA – Fremont (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $67/hr on W2
Estimated Start Date: June 6
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
The main function of a Supply Chain Analyst is to define, build, manage and measure global asset management. A typical Supply Chain Analyst may be responsible for buying goods and services, and analyze the performance of suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development of innovative inventory planning and logistics processes.
- Review and potentially optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors.
- Own the end-to-end asset management process and systems globally.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Drive automation on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise organization.
- Approve purchases of the highest quality products at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts.
- Approve purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services.
- Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
- Instruct staff on methods of negotiation, renegotiation and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors and other representatives.
- Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
- Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Procurement.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
- Proficiency in procurement operations, issuing purchase orders, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with MRP systems, inventory reconciliation, and logistics coordination.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in project coordination and supply chain documentation.
- Exposure to data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with clients in tech and retail sectors such as Amazon, Facebook, and Google.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships.

Educational Qualifications
