The Role
We’re hiring a Part-Time Founding UI/UX Designer for a 30-day on-site contract role in Tulsa, OK. You’ll work directly with the CTO and founding team to design the full user experience across our web, mobile, and enterprise products, while shaping our visual brand identity.

Core Responsibilities
Product & Feature Design
• Translate user needs and security/AI requirements into intuitive interfaces and user flows
• Design dashboards, admin consoles, and data visualizations for threat analysis and ML insights
End-to-End User Experience
• Define and validate user journeys—from sign-up and onboarding to advanced feature usage
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests; iterate designs based on feedback
Design System & Component Library
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma (tokens, variants, auto layouts)
• Ensure UI consistency across web, mobile, and embedded SDK interfaces
Assets & Corporate Identity
• Develop and evolve brand guidelines, including logo, color palette, typography, and iconography
• Produce marketing collateral: website banners, social media graphics, pitch deck templates
• Create custom illustrations, icon sets, and data visualization assets aligned with brand tone
Prototyping & Handoff
• Create interactive prototypes (Figma, FigJam) for engineering and stakeholder demos
• Prepare redlines, specifications, and export-ready assets (SVGs, PNGs) for smooth engineering handoff
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Product, Security Engineers, Data Scientists, and Marketing teams
• Advocate for UX best practices within agile sprints, grooming sessions, and team reviews
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience designing intuitive digital products (preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI)
• Mastery of Figma (components, variants, design tokens, prototyping)
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design work
• Experience building and managing scalable design systems
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing
• Bonus: Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or security/data visualization tools
• Degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent real-world experience
