Regional Senior Supply Planner

Reports to: AVP Operations and Planning F&A
MAIN PURPOSE
The regional supply planner is in charge of optimizing distribution in order to ensure a high service level to customers online & offline both on collection launches & permanent replenishment and for all product categories, while optimizing global inventory between all channels. This role is committed to achieving high sell-through. Client-oriented, the omni-channel supply planner is entitled to arbitrate among channels considering sell-through target and invoicing obligation.
KEY MISSIONS
- Ensure the fulfillment of retail stores & ecommerce for newness & permanent products, all categories to maximize the product availability and sales:
- For CO/permanent products, control target stock settings feeding the auto replenishment system (KPI: availability rate)
- For Novelties/Newness, push setups in stores in due time, in close cooperation with local merchandising & VM team (KPI: OnTimeInFull). Follow Sell-thru & ensure adapted replenishment.
- Support stores with specific requests (VIC orders, etc.) & liaise with HQ supply if needed
- Validate forecast proposals on permanent products, proposed by HQ supply team
- Optimize Sell-thru: Weekly sales analysis, rebalancing in season, assortment adjustment proposition in close cooperation with Merchandising teams.
- Monitor the inventory all channels (omnistock retail & .com, outlet, wholesale) & all categories (RTW, LG, Shoes, Acc), on the full product lifecycle (full price to off price), to meet target coverage: update stock targets, boutiques overstock management, return to warehouse, move to outlet
- Omnichannel services: Ensure the proper settings of the Order Management System (OMS) defining the priorities, safety stocks, in close cooperation with Retail operations teams & digital teams
- Support and monitor stock for new hybrid model of wholesale and ecommerce replenishment
- Manage Autone implementation
- Oversee Drop Ship, Marketplace, and Offprice
- Plan Friends and Family Sale, digital and physical, in collaboration with AVP of Operations
- Execute Return to CLOG/CDC, based on request from HQ
- Follow distribution lead time in collaboration with local logistics: ensure smooth integration in stores, give forecasts IN/OUT on a weekly basis
- Continuous improvement: main point of contact for tools improvement & release (Anaplan, PowerBI)
- Partner with all channels of business including retail, wholesale and operations

Skills
- 5 years’ experience in supply chain distribution in a luxury retail network, exposure to product categories including RTW and Accessories, Shoes
- Analytical skill, comfortable with tools (SAP, Anaplan, Excel..)
- Good communication & collaboration skill (transversal position)
- Team work & continuous improvement spirit.
