This plant handles over 130 truck movements and multiple railcars daily supporting a high-volume, precision-driven manufacturing environment.
This leadership role is ideal for candidates who excel in shipping, receiving, and yard management within non-union manufacturing settings. You will manage a team of 6–12, oversee trailer flow operations, and drive SAP/WMS performance across a complex logistics landscape.

Background:
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to earn team trust and keep everyone aligned with daily goals
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing—ideally in a manufacturing setting
- Comfortable using ERP systems (preferably SAP) or WMS tools to manage inventory and shipping activities
