Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Operations Manager to lead day-to-day fulfillment operations, manage warehouse staff, and ensure seamless execution across inbound, storage, and outbound logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Manage client accounts and ensure SLAs and service expectations are met
- Collaborate with customer service and account management to resolve issues quickly
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
- Support special projects such as kitting, rework, and product assembly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
Schedule: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
