About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator to join our team. The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional showroom experience that showcases our product offerings. This individual will manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring it is visually appealing, well-organized, and effectively represents our brand's high standards. The Showroom Coordinator will engage with clients, architects, and designers, providing expert product knowledge and assistance to facilitate the selection process. This role will also support the Sales Team in administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and an appealing presentation of products.
- Coordinate showroom displays that highlight new and existing product lines.
- Engage with clients, architects, and designers, providing knowledgeable assistance in product selection and customization options.
- Schedule and manage appointments for client meetings and design consultations.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of showroom samples and materials, coordinating restocks as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and special presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align showroom activities with overall business strategies.
- Coordinate and update showroom displays that highlight new and existing product lines.
- Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, product specifications, and order processing to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and project tracking systems to support sales initiatives.
- Prepare and send out quotes, proposals, and product information to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a showroom, retail, or customer service environment, preferably in a high-end or architectural industry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- A passion for design and architecture, with a strong understanding of surface materials and current trends.
Pay range and compensation package
Base $50,000.00 to $55,000.+ Commission $5,000 to $7,000
6 paid holidays a year

Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:00
