What You'll Do For Us
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop innovative human resource solutions.
- Driving change management processes that consider the employees and local cultural diversity and complexity.
- Collaborating closely with the Global Culture & Engagement team, Leadership teams, and HR communities to implement the listening strategy and translate insights into actions.
- Working with the PACS team, Talent and Development team, Bottling Partners, and other stakeholders to create an engaging culture and communication strategy.
- Staying connected to industry trends and refreshing the organization's approaches to engagement and communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A University Degree (Master) or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of prior experiences in Human Resources for a global company.
- Proven experience in HR business partnership, consulting, and coaching.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and communications.
- Knowledge of total rewards, succession planning, and organizational capability & development.

Pay Range:$168,000 - $189,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30
