Hybrid - requires 2-3 days onsite, Monday - Friday, 9AM-6PM (PST)
Contract Duration: 11 Months
w2: $35-$45 per hour.
Job description
We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join its Procurement team. In this role, you will manage Bill of Materials (BOM) lists and ensure efficient delivery tracking.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally with a focus on BOM and delivery tracking.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll:
- Manage and maintain BOM lists, ensuring all components are accurately listed and updated.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
- Track deliveries and update internal systems to reflect the current status, ensuring timely and accurate information is available to stakeholders.
- Analyze delivery performance and report any issues or delays, proposing solutions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update the latest information.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on BOM and delivery tracking
- Experience utilizing Oracle ERP, Google applications, and MS Office tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bilingual in Japanese language (written, spoken)
