Your Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the right-hand partner to a senior transformation leader, supporting the TPMO and four major strategic initiatives.
- Inventory, manage, and report on key program data—resources, roles, rates, and assignments—across multiple programs.
- Handle onboarding logistics for new hires and contract staff, ensuring a smooth and consistent entry process.
- Track and maintain up-to-date records in systems like SAP and ServiceNow, pulling reports and supporting data requests.
- Coordinate project logistics, maintain trackers, and manage regular communications across multiple teams.
- Support executive-level planning and documentation for transformation initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reporting and data management.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations within a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel—must be comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP and ServiceNow, including the ability to navigate, pull reports, and interpret data.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and handle competing priorities.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Prior experience supporting a transformation program or PMO.
- Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems beyond SAP.
- Background working in large corporate environments or with executive stakeholders.
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
